We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return unused products within 14 days of delivery if:
The item is in its original condition
Tags and packaging are intact
It has not been worn, washed, or used

Reason for return
Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns and depend on stock availability.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery
Include photos of the issue
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
